Why should they go through this?

Uyghurs are a group of Muslim Turkic ethnicity that do not have any freedom. They live in the North-Western territory of Xinjiang, China, a region that is rich in resources like oil, natural gas, and copper. This region is important to China as it was an independent country in the 1940's. There were various clashes and incidents of terrorisms, both in Xinjiang and in other parts of China, either attributed to or claimed by Uighur extremists. The Uyghurs are held with widespread sexual abuse, including force abortions, and use of birth control devices, and compulsory sterilization. The Uyghurs are also forced to drink and eat prohibited food and alcohol. The camps are brainwashing and lying to the Uyghurs that the purpose of these concentration camps are for education. Little did they know, they are being tortured for being a Muslim.

China's government started building concentration camps in East Turkestan. According to the U.S. government, there is an estimated number of about 2 million Uyghurs in the camps. In 2017, reports of people disappearing started to spread, but the Chinese government denied the existence of the camps. Survivors identify the highly overcrowded cells and low quality food in. There is full monitoring in all areas of the camp, and it is prohibited for prisoners to talk or communicate with each other. Eyewitnesses reported that the Uyghurs are enduring beatings and torture. Detainees are required to write 'self-criticisms'—acceptances of 'erroneous thought' and refusals of belief in Islam.

Forced sterilization was a big part of the Holocausts and that's what the Chinese government is using to wipe out the Uyghurs and Islam from China. After images of Uyghur Muslims being shipped off on trains to camps resurfaced, people found old images of Jews getting shipped on trains to camps. A second Holocaust is happening right in front of our eyes and no one is doing anything about it, help free the Muslims in China.

No Livelihood

The US state Department estimates that more than 1 million Uyghurs, as well as members from other Muslims minority groups, have been detained in a sprawling network of internment camps in Xinjian, where they are reportedly “ subjected to torture, cruel and inhumane treatment such as physical and sexual abuse, forced labor, and death. They were forced abrasions, forced use of contraceptive devices and compulsory sterilization, they were forced to eat pork and drink alcohol. All of those things are because they are Muslims and they are being treated badly right this second.

Almost 1 million Uyghurs have been put into concentration camps between the year of 2017 and 2018. The Chinese government have denied the existence of the camps, but after images of constructions with watch towers the government acknowledged the so called “ re-education camps”. Communist China has long been persecuting people on the grounds of their faith. However, the U.S foreign organizations, and the Uighurs say that it is odd. They accuse China of tossing Uighurs into camps, attacking their religion and society as a whole.
